As a licensed mental health clinician I provide invoices to clients that can be submitted to most insurances for reimbursement. I am credentialed with Highmark Blue Shield and in the process of credentialing with Aetna.
I am on the following Employee Assistance Program (EAP) panels that may provide a specified number of counseling sessions at no charge to you. You will usually need to contact the EAP directly, inform them you wish to see me for
therapy as an EAP provider and obtain an authorization number from them. I would be glad to discuss this process by phone further.

Fees are established during phone consultation or the initial session. Generally my clients pay a coinsurance, get reimbursement directly from their insurance or use a Health Flexible Spending Account for therapy sessions. When
there is financial concerns, a limited number of reduced fee slots may be available. I would be more than happy to discuss options with you.
Cancellation Policy
My policy regarding cancellation and fees will be reviewed as part of the therapy contract and consent to treatment at the intial session.
